Each model, a story engraved in steel.
Our forge sits in Gramado, in the heart of the Serra Gaúcha, in the far south of Brazil — a land of cold mornings, araucaria pines, and a scent of woodsmoke that never leaves the workshop. It's here, between the mountain and the fire, that every knife begins to take shape.
It was in this region that generations of European immigrants planted a tradition of working metal with patience and care. From that heritage came our way of forging: unhurried, one piece at a time, from the first hammer blow to the final pass of the edge.
A good knife has never been just a tool — it's a companion of the open fire, the field, and the table. It's inherited, cared for, and passed down. That respect for the working blade shaped everything we make.
